Lost RNF '96 5'3"
MSRP
Product Information
Matt Biolos' RNF '96 fish designs were taken to the North Shore by teenaged Chris Ward and Cory Lopez where they made their indelible mark on the surfing universe and were later featured in the seminal '97 surf film 5'5"x 19 . The RNFs of 1996 radically challenged 20 years of contest design stagnation and became the building blocks for a performance hybrid revolution. The key component of Matt's fish is that they are performance minded, inspired by MR's competitive minded twins of the 70's and 80's with relatively pulled in tails designed to rip, not just small surf but in all sizes and shapes of waves. "Faithful to the original design but updated with 25 years of board building experience and tested by Kolohe, Coco, Ian, Crosby and "guests", we are confident the RNF '96 will perform at and above expectations as an all around, rip-able fun machine, for a wide level of surfers." – Matt Biolos
