Buttons along the neck make it easy to pull the nanofiber poncho over your head, and a drawstring hood provides protection from the wind. The hidden pack-through in the kangaroo pocket lets you remove a wet bathing suit while still wearing the pooncho. A zippered pocket can be used for storing small items while you're wearing it, and also serves as a stuff sack for the poncho when not in use.
